Emergency Dentist Central Coast

If you are experiencing a dental emergency, our team provides urgent dental assessments for patients across the Central Coast.

Emergency appointments are prioritised based on clinical need.

Situations That May Require Urgent Assessment

We assess and manage emergency dental concerns including:

  • Acute dental pain
  • Toothache
  • Facial or oral swelling
  • Dental trauma, including chipped, broken, or knocked-out teeth
  • Lost fillings or crowns
  • Difficulty opening the jaw
  • Broken dentures
  • Referral for urgent assessment
  • Persistent ulcers or soft tissue concerns

A clinical examination is required to determine appropriate management.

What to Expect

During an emergency appointment, your dental practitioner will assess your condition, discuss findings, and explain available treatment options.

In some cases, treatment may be provided on the same day. In other cases, follow-up care may be required depending on the complexity of the issue.

Payment options available

Payment options may be available and can be discussed during your appointment.

If your child is experiencing a dental emergency, they may be eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), subject to eligibility criteria.
